Area Congregations in Ministry (ACIM) is an important partner in our fight against hunger in Granville County. OUMC is one of the founding congregations who joined together more than 20 years ago to share resources in this effort. Clients in need of food may apply to ACIM, where food is distributed three times per week. We volunteer there every third Tuesday of the month, packing boxes for distribution. Oxford UMC is a collection point for nonperishable food items, which can be left at the mission station.
